San Rafael campus, starting its activities in 1997 with the Attorney-at-law degree, nowadays confers the following degrees: Attorney-at-law, Notary Public, Court Agent, Interior Design, Exterior Design, Scenography, Certified Public Accountant, BA of Business Administration, BA of Kinesiology, Information Technology Engineering, BA of System Analysis, System Analyst, and Specialization in University Teaching as a postgraduate course.
It is worth mentioning that most of the teaching staff is shared with the head campus in Mendoza. Moreover, the degree programs and syllabus are identical to those of Mendoza city campus.
San Rafael campus is located in a downtown corner of Bernardo de Irigoyen street and España street. In its floor space of 75,350 square ft, this campus includes a large access hall, 14 spacious classrooms, Library, box spaces, a modern computing center, and an ample administration area, a large backyard surrounded of gardens, a comfortable cafeteria, and spacious and modern sanitary facilities. Likewise, when refurnishing the building, an old winery from 1899 has been recovered, thus preserving an architectural landmark of Mendoza.
In summary, owning more than 1,200 students, a library, an offer of 17 degree courses, and a large university extension, San Rafael campus from Mendoza University becomes a referent of the regional culture. What is more, this campus turns to be a definite solution for the large number of people who had to travel outside their home city and leave their families to fulfill their expectations of university studies.
